Sled Rental Policies

Damage Deposit and Insurance Fee

A Damage Deposit MUST BE processed on a Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard/American Express). We DO NOT accept debit for damage deposits. Snowmobile rentals require a minimum deposit of $2500 per machine and a mandatory $25 insurance fee. You will be liable for any and all damages of up to your damage deposit. Damages above that amount are covered by your insurance fee. Some major damages (such as tunnel damage) may not be covered by the insurance or damage deposit. Please contact us for exact details prior to your snowmobile rental.

Rental Procedures

All Rental Equipment is subject to pre-payment. Your snowmobile will undergo an inspection with a mechanic before and after your rental to ensure that the machine leaves in proper condition and returns the same way. You are required to be present for that inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is one week in advance. A $150 per machine per day for the days that fall within the 7 days of the booking will be charged if cancellation occurs. Cancellation fee for gear rentals is half the price of a full day rental, per day cancelled. We are not responsible for changes in weather.

Refund

No refund is provided for snowmobiles, gear, or trailers returned prior to the end of the booked rental period.

Reservations

A Credit Card number is required to confirm reservations. No charge will be processed on that card until the day of the rental. Credit Cards must be presented by the Card Holder. If you are unable to provide a credit card and would like to reserve or rent using a card held by another person, a Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed by the Card Holder. For reservations please contact us.

No Show Reservations

Reservations that do not cancel and do not show before 11 am will lose the reservation and will be charged for the full day rental.

Rental Times

Snowmobile rental pick-ups start between 8:00 am - 8:30 am on your first day of rental. After 11:00 am, your reservation will be deemed "no show" and the policy above will apply.

Your sled must be returned by 5:00 pm on the last day of rental. If your machine returns late, a late fee of $100 per hour will be charged in addition to any rental charges.
